What to include
- your device and its system version — for example, iPhone 15 with iOS 26, or a MacBook Air with macOS 15;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or a short screen recording, if it shows the problem.
Your videos stay on your device
Adagio processes video entirely on your device, and we never receive your footage. To help you we do not need the video itself — a description and a screenshot are enough, so please do not attach personal videos to your message.
